We collect account and identification data, health data related to telehealth services, technical and usage data, and-where applicable-token and blockchain-related information. We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or access credentials.

We process data to provide telehealth and platform services, enable token-related functionality, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve system performance and user experience.

Processing is based on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests (such as security and fraud prevention), and explicit consent-particularly for health or sensitive data.

We may share data with licensed healthcare professionals, regulators, identity verification providers, technology partners, and payment processors where applicable. We never sell personal data.

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK IDTA, adequacy regulations, and standard contractual clauses.

Security measures include encryption, access controls, secure hosting, intrusion detection, and continuous monitoring.

Data retention follows legal requirements: health records as required by healthcare law, KYC/AML data typically five years, account data while active, and logs per security needs.

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests may be submitted to privacy@evocare.co.uk.

You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): www.ico.org.uk

Evocare operates in compliance with:

• UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
• Data Protection Act 2018
• UK telehealth and clinical governance requirements
• AML/CTF regulations (where token features are enabled)

Where Evocare processes personal data on behalf of business clients, such processing occurs strictly on documented instructions. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied, and confidentiality obligations are enforced. Further details are governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forming part of the contractual terms.

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions .

Last updated: 27 Nov 2025

Accessing or using services provided by Evocare Telehealth Ltd (“Evocare”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Evocare provides telehealth and remote healthcare services, healthcare communication software, digital clinic transformation tools, web-based platform access, and utility-token-based platform features where enabled. Evocare does not provide emergency medical care.

Users must provide accurate information, safeguard login credentials, use the platform lawfully, and refrain from attempting to breach security or technical controls.

Any tokens provided are utility tokens only and do not represent investments, ownership, equity, profit participation or financial instruments. Users remain solely responsible for wallet security, private keys and transaction execution. Evocare cannot reverse blockchain transactions and provides no financial or investment advice.

Applicable fees are published transparently. Any blockchain transaction or token-related fees are the sole responsibility of the user.

Evocare shall not be liable for token loss caused by user error, blockchain network failures, indirect damages, or service downtime beyond reasonable control.

Evocare may amend these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or operational changes.

Evocare operates in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, UK telehealth governance, AML/CTF regulations, and the FCA financial promotions regime. Tokens are not FCA-regulated financial products unless explicitly stated.

Utility tokens involve risks including price volatility, total loss of value, irreversible transactions, network delays, technical failures and regulatory changes. Users must assess personal suitability and risk tolerance.

Cryptoassets are high risk. You may lose all the money you invest. They are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and you may not have access to compensation or dispute resolution mechanisms. Do not invest unless you are prepared to lose your entire investment.

Separate B2B Terms apply to contracts with business clients, public entities and institutions. These govern scope of services, intellectual property, consulting deliverables, utilisation obligations, fees, payment terms, liability, confidentiality, termination, jurisdiction and governing law (England and Wales).

Where Evocare processes personal data on behalf of clients, a Data Processing Agreement forms an integral part of the contract in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The DPA governs processing instructions, security measures, sub-processors, international transfers, breach notifications, audit rights and termination obligations.

Any token or blockchain-related functionality is governed by a Token Addendum forming part of these Terms. It defines token nature, user responsibilities, compliance obligations, risk disclosures, liability limitations, suspension rights and governing law (England and Wales).

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
